Most Delicious API, Picnik

Link: http://www.picnik.com

While wondering around my Flickr earlier today, I found this awesome Flickr extension to Picnik. It seems, right underneath my nose, someone has developed a really nice online photo editing package. Picnik basically does what all those popular photo management programs (iPhoto, Picasa, etc) do, except this one is a part of the data cloud.

What’s that mean?
It means not only is it integrated into a bunch of other data cloud systems (Facebook, Flickr, Myspace, Photobucket, etc) but that the API is publicly available. So? So no more shoddy ass photo uploaders or janky online contrast adjustments. Picnik is sleek flash packed with some powerful tools.

Hoooray. One step closer to buying my Acer Aspire One and ridding myself of the needs of a traditional computer. Hello data cloud.
