Oh how wonderful being a geek can be sometimes. After my personal discovery of the glorious iPhone app Pocket Guitar, I knew the beginning of the end of traditional music was here. I floored at this magnificent app and slowly realized there was company for this iPhone guitar on the horizon. Then, with an amazing release, came iBand: not another application, but a gathering of iPhone musicians. What a total intersection of geekdom. But the pursuit of further “alternative instruments” is not over.

That’s right. A effing drum kit shirt. Oh how I want one. Anyone want to buy me an early Christmas present. I’ve been a good boy all year, and this isn’t the kind of thing you can buy for yourself. It must be given with love and care for the receiver’s most awesome geek styling. If I can score one of these, Joe and I can finally form our “alternative instrument” band that solely covers Kenny Rogers’s songs. Well, okay,we’re just gonna play The Gambler over and over. But oh, will it be awesome. Awesome the likes of which awesomeness you have never seen!
