Christina and I worked at wine event a few weeks ago in Salem. At said event, a local catering company provided some delicious delicacies. Among the menu was various cheeses, veggies, breads, and standard gnash. However, there was one MAJORLY exceptional fare that stood out for me, the mini risotto cakes. I devoured about 8 that evening and they were all rather tasty.

The next day I was still left with a craving for the risotto cakes. Christina informed me that the catering company, Wild Pear, actually had a restaurant in town as well. Needless to say, we were then in minutes and I was knee-deep in a LARGE risotto cake. It was more glorious than expected. Props to Wild Pear, their sides and other dishes were great as well.
