Dash-hund - Internal customer service stats dashboard UI
This internal tool combined multiple data sources into a handful of meaningful dashboard for cross-team, team or personal review of gTech customer service metrics. I worked with a small team including myself as a senior/lead front-end dev, a mid-level developer and a junior developer. I implemented an Angular 1.X wrapper application to provide all navigation and user interface for high level tasks. The others provided the metrics tables and graphing that was inside each dashboard. Angular, JS, CSS
The Bold Italic - acquired late 2014

Solution Architect / Technical Product Manager
Lifon by ADP | New York, NY | Feb 2015 to present
At Lifion I was able to work with two very different products addressing problem sets that covered both of my passions in technology and engineering. One was working on a application interface and common client for developers to build applications whereas the other was the actual service infrastructure as a platform itself. This product was the engineering platform that provided infrastructure for stack deployment, maintenance and testing. Responsible for technical product management of the main application platform's design and development interface and that interface’s API. Gathered requirements, generated roadmap, planned deliverables and validated solutions for two teams, one who built the developer interface and another who managed all devops and infrastructure for the platform. Led many cross-cutting initiatives that required work for features with complex dependencies throughout our organization Introduced and implemented Blameless Postmortems.
Performed implementation reviews, advocated new product features, and ensured the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges. Guaranteed the technical aspects of a partner’s integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance. Improved product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering. Generated operational workflows, identified and defined tool needs to enable operational scaling, and drive the development (initial + ongoing) and deployment of these tools with Engineering. Led multiple front-end development projects for both internal and external products.
Built and launched a complete redesign of the website in mid-2014 with entirely new article layouts. Managed technical team of 2-4 web developers. Worked directly with stakeholders to develop strategies, expectations, and goals for each project. Managed product roadmap and was responsible for coordinating with design, project managers, developers, and executive management. Front-end development for projects that required unique or custom interfaces. Lead development on external projects for customers and discovery on all non-platform applications.
